By accepting a quote, engaging our services, or allowing us to commence work, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided mypalusa llc agrees to perform installation services as detailed in the agreed-upon proposal, quote, or work order ("Scope of Work"). Any changes to the Scope of Work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the price and schedule.

Provide accurate information regarding existing infrastructure, utilities, and any potential hazards. d. Be available or have an authorized representative available to answer questions and make decisions during the installation process. e. Secure any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in the Scope of Work. f. Protect their property from dust, debris, or other potential impacts of the installation process.
5. Scheduling and Delays a. mypalusa llc will make reasonable efforts to complete the installation within the estimated timeframe. However, all dates are estimates and not guarantees. b. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: i. Acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters. ii. Material shortages or supply chain issues. iii. Client-requested changes or delays in providing access or information. iv. Inclement weather. v. Unforeseen site conditions. c. In the event of a delay, mypalusa llc will communicate with the Client promptly and work to reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Site Conditions and Concealed Defects a. mypalusa llc is not responsible for pre-existing or latent defects in the Client's property, including but not limited to, structural issues, faulty wiring, hidden pipes, or unsuitable surfaces. b. If unforeseen conditions are encountered during the installation that require additional work or materials, mypalusa llc will notify the Client and obtain approval for any additional costs before proceeding.
7. Warranty and Guarantees a. mypalusa llc warrants that all installation services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards. b. Our warranty on labor is valid for [e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 1 year] from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship only. c. This warranty does not cover: i. (Manufacturer warranties apply to such items). iv. Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than mypalusa llc. d. To make a warranty claim, the Client must notify mypalusa llc in writing within the warranty period, describing the defect.
8. Limitation of Liability a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mypalusa llc's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to mypalusa llc for the specific services giving rise to the claim. b. mypalusa llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or interruption of business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mypalusa llc, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Client's negligence or willful misconduct, or any third-party claims arising from the Client's use of the installed services or equipment.
